Our Commitment to Quality
At Vorzelynppzar, we take pride in delivering high-quality business cards that meet your expectations. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to making it right.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our printing. If your order has any of the following issues, we will reprint at no charge:
- Print defects such as smudging, streaking, or banding
- Incorrect cutting or trimming errors
- Paper damage during production
- Wrong paper stock or finish applied
- Colour significantly different from approved proof
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover issues that were present in the approved proof or customer-supplied artwork:
- Spelling or grammatical errors in customer content
- Low-resolution images or poor-quality artwork
- Colour variations due to screen calibration differences
- Design elements placed outside the safe zone
- Incorrect information approved on the proof
Reporting Issues
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your business cards. To process your claim, we require:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- Description of the problem
Resolution Process
Once we receive your claim, our quality team will review it within 2 business days. If the issue is determined to be a production error, we will offer one of the following:
- Reprint of your order at no additional cost
- Partial refund based on the extent of the issue
- Full refund in cases of severe defects
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled with a full refund before proof approval. Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of printed products.
Reprints for Customer Errors
If you need a reprint due to an error in your original artwork or a change in information, we offer discounted reprint pricing. Contact us for a quote on rush reprints.
Delivery Issues
For packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or delivered to the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately upon noticing the issue
- Retain all packaging for damaged shipments
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
- Replacement orders are dispatched once claims are processed
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
